Product introduction

Sintered felt is a porous filter material made of metal fibers with a diameter of micron level, through non-woven laying, stacking and high-temperature sintering processes. It is usually composed of multiple layers of metal fiber felt, and different pore size layers form a pore gradient, so that extremely high filtration accuracy and large dirt holding capacity can be controlled.
Main features
1. High-precision filtration: Sintered felt has extremely high control over the filtration particle size, and can filter particles of 2~300μm or even smaller, meeting various high-precision filtration needs.
2. Strong corrosion resistance: Due to the use of metal materials, sintered felt has good corrosion resistance and can be used in a large pH range, suitable for the filtration of various corrosive gases and liquids.
3. High temperature resistance: Sintered felt can maintain stable filtration performance in high temperature environment, generally can work normally below 900ºC, and is suitable for the filtration of high-temperature fluids.
4. High strength: After high-temperature sintering, sintered felt has extremely high mechanical strength and compressive strength, and can withstand greater pressure and impact.
5. Easy to clean: The surface filtering structure of sintered felt makes cleaning simple, and countercurrent cleaning is more effective.
