Methanol filter element

The methanol filter element is the core filter element of the methanol filter. The filter element is made of metal fiber sintered felt. According to the process requirements, the precision is usually selected to be 5µm, 10µm, 20µm, 50µm, etc. The product is processed by welding technology to fold it into a corrugated shape, which ensures the high pressure difference tolerance of the filter element while enabling each filter element to obtain filtration efficiency and filtration flow, and prolong the filter element regeneration cycle.
The methanol filter element is a multi-layer structure. The outer stainless steel wire mesh is a protective layer, and a large-pore mesh is formed by coarse stainless steel wire; the middle layer is a fine stainless steel sintered felt with core filtering function. The sintered felt has precise pores to intercept particulate impurities; the inner layer is the support layer of the filter element, so that the filter element has mechanical strength as a whole.
