Special filter disc

Stainless steel sintered mesh filter disc is made of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh through special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering processes. It is an ideal filter element for filtering, washing and drying (three-in-one). It is precisely cut by a laser cutting machine to form a circular filter disc or a conical filter. It not only replaces the traditional filter cloth, but also has the advantages of good rigidity, high strength, long life, easy cleaning and simple assembly. Commonly used materials are stainless steel 304, 316L, with a filtration accuracy of 1-300μm and a diameter of 100mm-3000mm.
