BDO filter disc

The main filter material of the BDO thickener filter disc is made of multi-layer stainless steel sintered mesh. It is an ideal filter element for filtering, washing and drying (referred to as three-in-one). Its filtering accuracy is 1 to 200um, and the size can be customized.

The structure of the BDO thickener filter disc can be divided into integral type and split type. It is widely used in the control of gas distribution state in industrial processes, the transmission of powder materials and fluidized operation. Fluidized technology is used for mass transfer, heat transfer and chemical reaction in chemical processes.

It has the following characteristics:
